OptiVlak is a digital platform designed for freight forwarding agencies to streamline their logistics operations. Our platform integrates various transportation modes, road, rail and the combination of both (intermodal transport) into a single and unified system. By leveraging advanced algorithms and real-time data, OptiVlak optimizes routes, reduces manual workload and enhances operational efficiency. It allows freight forwarders to manage bookings, documentation and communication with all stakeholders through one interface, ensuring a seamless logistics process.


OptiVlak addresses the inefficiencies and environmental impacts of traditional freight forwarding processes. Freight forwarding agencies often struggle with fragmented systems, leading to slow, error-prone operations and sub-optimal transportation choices. Our platform solves these issues by providing a cohesive system that improves coordination and reduces the need for multiple tools. This results in faster, more reliable logistics solutions that are also environmentally friendly. OptiVlak is particularly beneficial for small to medium-sized freight forwarding agencies looking to enhance their operational efficiency and sustainability.


Our primary competitors are both traditional large freight forwarding agencies and modern digital platforms. Unlike traditional agencies that rely on manual processes, OptiVlak offers a fully digital, automated solution that significantly reduces manual intervention. Compared to other modern platforms, our key differentiator is the comprehensive nature of our service. While competitors may excel in certain areas, they often lack the full spectrum of logistics processes integration. OptiVlak not only digitalizes but optimizes the entire logistics workflow, from initial booking to final delivery, including intermodal transport management.


OptiVlak has already made significant strides in the logistics sector in short period of time. We have onboarded 5 freight forwarding agencies and successfully managed the transportation of 8 shipments using our system. Our network includes partnerships with 15 transportation companies, covering both rail and road transport. In May 2024, we received support from the Slovenski Podjetniski Sklad under the P2 program and were selected by EIT Urban Mobility under the Accelerate2Move program to further grow our project. These recognitions validate our innovative approach and commitment to transforming the logistics industry.
