With new legislation governing the storage of medicines and vaccines in medical refrigerators, pharmacies and livestock, the temperature in storages must be constantly monitored and physically checked at least 3 times a day. This represents a new burden for employees (nurses most of the time). Errors in record keeping, where temperature traceability has not been demonstrated, can result in the elimination of the total amount of vaccines and medicines from the refrigerator. Livestock farmers and the entire food industry are facing the same problem.
