Toni Balazic, the current CEO at Panvita d.d., started his career at Spem d.o.o. as director of projects and development, where he was also responsible for establishing the London School of Public Relations (LSPR Slovenia) and was its first director. He continued his professional career at Petrol as Director of Marketing and at A.T. Kearney. In 2007, he took the position as CEO at Fructal. In 2010 he was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board at Žito Group and Žito d.d. In 2012, he took the position as chairman of the board of directors at Mercator d.d., which he held until 2017.

He currently serves as Chairman of the management board and CEO at Panvita d.d.
