TagPlan is a combination of a web platform and mobile application designed for companies with field workers.

These companies predominantly rely on paper forms, which are inconvenient for fieldwork and lead to time loss due to data transcription into digital formats. TagPlan enables visit scheduling and custom digital form creation, where field workers input data or add observations, including photos. When the user taps their phone with the NFC-enabled TagPlan app at a location, a form opens for data entry, and their presence at the site is recorded. Data is stored on a server and immediately accessible to responsible personnel, providing comprehensive oversight of field operations and enabling data analysis.

The solution facilitates the transition from paper records to centralized digital data storage. It saves time for field workers on location and allows responsible personnel to track and analyze data.

TagPlan stands out from competitors with its user-friendly interface and enhanced user experience on site using NFC technology. Currently, the solution is employed by a Slovenian utility company for inputting water sampling measurements and monitoring site conditions.
