Luka Simoneti is a Managing Director of Alantra Austria & CEE, which he joined in 2017 as a founding member of their Investment Banking Platform in Austria and CEE.

He gained his investment banking experience at various companies such as UniCredit, PwC and KPMG.

During his career, Luka has advised and participated in numerous international M&A transactions involving a variety of private equity funds, global and regional corporates, entrepreneurs and financial institutions.

During his studies, Luka was ranked in the Dean's List of the most successful students and received numerous awards at HEC Paris, where he obtained a Master's degree in International Finance. He also studied at the University of Ljubljana and undertook specialized elective courses at the London School of Economics.
