In 2014, Grega Potokar was one of the founding members of ABC Accelerator, one of the largest private accelerators in Southeastern Europe. He served as a startup manager in the accelerator until 2017 when he joined the Xlab innovation department, where he was employed until 2018 when he returned to the restructured and newly established ABC Accelerator, which he also currently leads and helps to develop as the CBO.

Potokar helps businesses and young entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas, create a good working environment and collective, and funds and support their projects through the ABC Accelerator.
