Vorteks is a young company that combines the engineering knowledge of Siop Electronics and the lean business environment of Zarie iM. Its challenge is to commercialize a new type of coreless and brushless flat electro motor, whose key advantage over competing flat electro motors is innovative winding.
Copper winding is applied to the substrate in a thin layer, and the technology of multilayer circuits can provide a minimum air gap between magnets. Since the individual phases in the layers are mutually displaced and the acceleration is even.The large contact surface of the coil with the substrate ensures rapid heat dissipation and reduces the possibility of instantaneous overload (e.g., when starting). Increasing power is easy by adding new thin winding panels.
