Smart Checkin automates the entire process by allowing guests to complete online check-in, during which they can also pay the tourist tax and any additional fees. For hosts, it facilitates easy synchronization of data with national registries and local tax authorities.

Smart Checkin also aims for close integration with smart IoT devices, enabling hosts to automatically generate digital keys for smart locks, manage energy consumption efficiently with smart thermostats, and automate the control of other smart devices in the property.
