Replikateh developed a special process by which silicone polymers are applied to wood products, that are thus converted into composite wood, which significantly improves many wood characteristics. Composite wood retains its natural appearance, is waterproof, fireproof and resistant to all kinds of biological factors such as pests, fungi and moulds.
The Replikateh service of converting wood products into substantially more durable composite wood is intended for manufacturers of wooden products for outdoor use, such as wooden tables, chairs, benches, fences, facades, floors and nautical applications.
In 2012, Replikateh was the finalist for Slovenian Startup of the Year award!
