In the plant-based market, the question has long been raised - when and who will make the first realistic premium piece of meat that is steak. Due to its demanding texture and the complexity of fat marbling, this is a challenge that even the largest food companies do not tackle. The opportunity was therefore taken by the young Slovenian company Bevo with its Juicy Marbles brand, which has developed its own technology with which they can produce steaks with a realistic look, texture and taste. In a good year of development, they managed to create the ideal texture of muscle fibers in combination with the system of fats. With this, they earned a place in the Y Combinator, one of the most prestigious entrepreneurial accelerators in the world.

Due to the uniqueness and great shortage of plant-based steaks on the market, they have products sold out months in advance. The first product they will release is a replica of Filet Mignon, the most prestigious and delicate piece of meat.
