Geochem helps utilities, wastewater treatment plants, the food industry, biogas plants, farms, the pharmaceutical industry, the plastics industry and printing plants to prevent the spread of air emissions, especially when removing odors and organic matter. For this purpose, they are developing a cold plasma device. 

Plasma causes odors (emissions) and oxygen molecules to split and bind together. It is a kind of catalytic oxidation process in which organic substances are converted into CO2 and water. 

The solution differs from its competitors in that it only requires electricity for operation. It generates no waste, such as filter fillers and wastewater from washing machines. The main advantage of the proposed solution over the existing ones is mainly in the reduction of operating costs. The proposed system could be used in combination with other systems or as a stand-alone unit.
