Intelius was founded in 2008 as an innovative and globally oriented company and a regular member of the business incubator of the University of Maribor, the Venture Factory. It has developed the Flowr online solution, which some global media named the "Facebook for Business".

Flowr is an online solution that enables employees to easily communicate and share documents. It was written about in international portals and drew the attention of Google, which launched a joint promotional campaign on the Google Marketplace portal. Since then, they have launched the Zeppelin mobile app, which was renamed to Databox.

In 2011, Intelius was the finalist for Slovenian Startup of the Year award!
