Employees in companies do not live up to their potential because the companies' understanding of what an employee's potential is and what measures can be taken to promote it is limited and inconsistent with the findings of psychological science. 

The Beep Institute develops services for managers and HR professionals to develop the potential of employees in organizations based on the BEEP principle ("Business Excellence by Empowering People"). The team believes that the optimal development of the potential of employees requires appropriate thinking, health and general well-being, as well as a suitable environment and personnel systems.
