Vida Dolenc Pogačnik has been working for more than 15 years with international groups and Slovenian companies of various sizes, establishing links between entrepreneurs and international companies. She believes that Slovenia can be more competitive in the areas of a stimulating tax environment, a flexible labor market and investment in its own knowledge and development. She is close to the entrepreneurial mindset and cooperation between universities and business, as it is a practice in the USA. For the last 6 years she has led economic and development delegations in the USA, helping Slovenian companies of all sizes to "think outside the box", to learn about the latest technologies and pioneering companies and new business models. In developing the US market for Slovenian companies, she works with market developers and consultants in various fields, and in recent years she has been the main creator of US Boot Camp workshops.
