Mihael has more than 15 years of experience in regional development institutions and supportive environment for entrepreneurship. In his current position at the Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region (RRA LUR), he focuses on promoting entrepreneurship, raising innovation in society, supporting sustainable development within programs and projects in the field of economy, internationalization and human resources.

He actively participated in more than 20 development projects and initiatives. His main areas are entrepreneurial challenges of young people, the development of business ideas, project management, research and development processes and EU projects.

In the past, he worked as a project manager in a marketing agency, as the director of the Styrian Technology Park incubator, director of the Maribor Development Agency and through various European, national and regional projects provided business consulting in the field of digitization, sales techniques, marketing and business models.
