Mark currently works as a CEO at the Swedish investment fund 1337Works and a director at the Swedish company Estable AB, which is revolutionizing the horse racing industry. He is an expert in establishing innovation ecosystems and transformations of organizations, a business consultant and entrepreneur, a project manager and a specialist in creating effective teams that work remotely.

He is also a part of the management board at Business Angels of Slovenia. With his knowledge and experience, he has already helped several companies, including Eligma, OriginTrail and Gardner.

In the past, he has been the head of business development at GenePlanet, a leading European provider of innovative health and life solutions based on preventive genetic testing. Mark Kalin was also Deputy CEO and Head of Innovation and New Technologies at BTC, where he helped transform BTC City into an innovative, smart city.
