Edvard König
Edvard König is the founder of EKWB (Edvard König Water Blocks), which is the world's number one in the field of high category water cooling. König started his entrepreneurial career as a student of woodworking when he worked as an afternoon freelancer. Today more than 100 people work in his company in the development, assembly, sales and logistics, while the production of the parts is carried out in several external partner companies.
The company, which was born out of the desire for a quieter and cooler PC device, achieved a turnover of 25 million euros last year in more than 130 countries worldwide and works as a partner with leading manufacturers of computer components. König retained his love of wood and was the first and only in the world to offer a uniquely superior aesthetic and functional solution: wood-lined cooling elements.
König says that the EKWB has been rebuilt every two years while König's skills include good negotiation skills, business planning, design, conception, management and networking.
