The pandemic impacts all aspects of our lives. It turns out that during a pandemic, technology is even more important to the community and the economy because of how helpful it is in life and work: Finding information, ordering necessities online, staying in touch with our loved ones, and finding new ways to learn.

According to Joško Mrndže, Google's director for the Adriatic region, Google.org Impact Challenge is an important step in closing the digital skills gap and strengthening the development of these skills among disadvantaged groups.

You can apply until 1 March 2021. The project must be charitable in nature. Applications are open to profit, non-profit and academic institutions from Slovenia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
