Chile is a country that nobody connected with innovations even five years ago, but that’s exactly why the government accepted many programmes that would change this. One of such programmes is also Start-up Chile, which wishes to attract talented entrepreneurs and startup companies from all across the world, and ensure financial and business support. The applications for the 17th generation of startups are opening soon, and they will remain open until 7 September or longer.
If you enter the programme Start-up Chile, then you can develop your ideas with financial help in Chile. As we were informed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, you get a $33,000 subsidy, a working visa for Chile, a working space with chosen startup companies, and a lot more. The only thing that the programme demands of you is to help perform socially influential activities that would encourage innovation among local inhabitants.
So far, more than 2,700 entrepreneurs participated in Start-up Chile, and they jointly gathered more than 110 million dollars of investments. Some of the startups that participated in the programme Start-up Chile were later acquired by bigger corporations, such as for example TripAdvisor or Bla Bla Car.
The programme offers many benefits. You can see more details about that on their website.
