On 27 August 2021, the Slovene Enterprise Fund reopened the public call Voucher for Digital Marketing. The voucher will be available to micro, small and medium-sized businesses (d.o.o., s.p. or cooperatives). A little more than EUR 0.9 million will be available. Non-refundable incentives, which are additionally tendered by the Fund, are the remaining unused funds due to withdrawals from contracts or unperformed activities from the first half of the year.
What is its purpose?
With the help of the voucher, they want to encourage companies to take advantage of digital marketing to increase competitiveness, added value and revenue.
In practice, this means that it involves co-financing up to 60% of the eligible costs for the creation of new websites, new mobile applications, online stores or reservation platforms. The amount of the grant from the Fund in the framework of this public call is from min. 500 EUR to max. 2,500 EUR for an individual activity or up to max. EUR 8,500 per company.
This year, the Fund received a total of 1,248 applications for the Digital Marketing Voucher public call, of which it was able to approve 505 applications to companies with the available funds.
Due to huge demand, the Fund was forced to temporarily close the Digital Marketing Voucher, and now additional funds have been provided it, so it is reopening.
Submit your application as soon as possible
Based on past experience and the demand for the Digital Marketing Voucher, it is assumed that the interest will be high and the funds will be spent quickly, so companies that intend to submit an application are urged to do so as soon as possible.
All companies that do not successfully apply for the grant in this case, will be able to apply for the funds again this year, as additional funds will be provided for the mentioned voucher.
