The programme is divided into two phases. The Pre-Investment Phase is intended to assist in the design of the entrepreneurial idea, business model, effective presentation and application to the SK75 tender of the Slovene Enterprise Fund. The phase after the investment is intended to provide ideal conditions for the company's 100% focus on the realization of set goals.

Pre-Investment Programme Pre-Selection

The purpose of the programme is to provide entrepreneurial teams with all the necessary support for the design of the business idea, business model and their effective presentation and application to the SK75 tender of the Slovene Enterprise Fund. Participation in the first phase of the programme can give the company up to 40 additional points that can be applied for the SK75 tender in order to obtain a convertible loan of 75.000 euros.

 

Promotional roadshow events, where entrepreneurs get to know all the details about the accelerator programme, the conditions for obtaining public funds and support as well as successful Slovenian entrepreneurs and their stories. Event Calendar

 

Electronic application by 10 March 2020 is necessary to submit an online application through the Central Application System, which includes key questions about the entrepreneurial idea, team and business. Based on the timely submission of the application, the entrepreneurs are invited to give a personal presentation, which will be held on 17 March 2020 for this springs's round.

 
 

SK75 - preparations for the second presentation are designed to get to know the business teams in person, evaluate their ability to make rapid progress in an extremely short time, and prepare for the final evaluation of the business teams in the pre-selection phase as well as for presentations to private investors. The preparations will be held on 19 March 2020 from 10 till 18 o'clock in Ljubljana.

 

Other presentations - DEMO Day is intended for teams that have successfully completed the DEMO Day preparations. At DEMO Day, companies present to a committee that evaluates pre-selection applications and to private investors with whom we actively cooperate under the programme. Demo Day will be held on 23 March 2020 from 10 o'clock in Ljubljana.

Entrepreneurs may during the pre-selection phase collect up to a maximum of 40 points, which are taken into account within the SEF tender documentation when applying to the SK75 tender.

Submission of tender documents: After Day follows the submission of tender documents for obtaining the public convertible loan of DEMO 75.000 euros and expert support. Our consultants will actively assist all business teams in preparing the documentation. The application for the tender must be submitted by 27 March 2020.

Conditions For Participation In SK 2019 Pre-Selection

 

Everyone who fulfils the conditions below may be included in the SK75 programme:

  • Has an innovative business idea with global ambitions.
  • Has a developed solution that has already been tested by first customers or early users.
  • Has an entrepreneurial team (it is not necessary that it is already finally assembled).
  • Is committing (or will commit in the future) 100% of their working time to realize the idea.
  • Is ready to work in accordance with modern enterprise methodologies.
  • Has established a company in the Republic of Slovenia (legal form d.o.o.-limited liability company), which is on the day of the application to tender between 12 and 60 months.
For the application to the SK75 tender of the Slovene Enterprise Fund, apply the additional conditions stated in the tender documentation.

Application

 

Application for the Start:up Slovenia pre-selection can be done through the Central Application System. Companies will be able to earn up to 40 points in the pre-selection process for the needs of the SK75 tender of the Slovene Enterprise Fund.

 


Application for the SK75 tender of the Slovene Enterprise Fund, for which you can obtain a convertible loan of 75.000 euros, must be submitted separately. Details of the content of the application are available in the tender documentation.
