In the recent times, we've heard a lot of theory on the topic of going from idea to product/company/production. On this student startup weekend, we will practically apply this newly acquired knowledge.
Students with ideas, mark in your application whether you already have a team or not. If not, no worries, as the first part of the Student Startup weekend is team building, where you can get new members with whom you will go on the road from idea to product.
The students who want to join a team, say so in your application. As mentioned, the first part of the event is an opportunity for you to choose which idea to join.
The number of places is limited and applications are only open until Tuesday the 19th of April 2017.

10:00 – 13:00 | Active work on the development of the business idea and the presentation with mentors
Each group will have their own mentor, that will be with the group the whole weekend
13:00 – 13:45 | Lunch
Restaurant of Hotel Habakuk
13:45 – 15:00 | Active work on the development of the business idea and the presentation with specialist mentors, followed by a 1-minute elevator pitch about the progress they made.
Additional specialist mentors will be brought in based on the needs of each group. Teams will get the schedules of these mentors at the event.

Ahead the organizational elements of the startup weekend are presented:
Infrastructure: Startup weekend will be happening in the Minarik hall of Hotel Habakuk, Pohorska cesta 59. The participants of the startup weekend bring their own computers.
Catering and snacks: The organizer will make sure that your tummies will be full. There will also be unlimited coffee and other drinks.
There is no possibility of sleeping at the venue.
