The goal is to easily, with a chart structure and clear visualization, present how the company will generate money.

Lean canvas is a customized method of setting up a business model, intended exclusively for start-ups.

What we'll be doing:

We will break down your business model into 9 parts.

• Problem - we will look for the top three problems that customers face and need to be solved.

  Solution - we will define how to most easily tackle each of these problems.

  Unique value proposition - we will think about how the solution is different from the competition and why it is worth paying attention to. We will find the essence of the product and describe it in a few words that will reflect how you will convince the customer.

  Unfair advantage - we will look for something that cannot be easily copied or bought.

  Channels - We will look for ways in which paid and unpaid channels you can reach customers.

  Customer segments - we will look for as homogeneous groups of potential users as possible and define the persona for your product/service.

  Key metrics - we will define key indicators on the basis of which we will then be able to measure your progress.

  Revenue streams - we will estimate revenue streams, in relation to the cost structure, and come to an assessment of the profitability of the idea.

  Cost structure and validation of the idea - how much capital do you need to bring the minimally acceptable product (prototype) to market? We will show how to tackle the validation of an idea.
