Investing for Startups - Part 2
13.00 - 14.30 CEST
Many startups deal with the idea of acquiring an investment before they even enter the market, and they start this process on their own. However, it often happens that after successfully setting up an appointment with the investor, they then get stuck in the actual conversation and handing over the essential information that is important to investors. Therefore, such an opportunity can be quickly wasted and end up empty-handed.
For a more successful approach to investors, we will:
- take a look at practical examples of investment seeking by Slovenian and foreign startups,
- review regional and international investors and the experiences of Slovenian startups.
Jakob Gajšek – one of the founding members of ABC accelerator and the director of Ljubljana University Incubator – will present the entire investment process with many examples, and much more.
The event will end with a conversation with an experienced investor and Slovenian founders of startups that have already received investments.
