How can IBM help you specifically?

On Thursday, October 9^th, at Technology park Ljubljana, the IBM Innovation Centre and Initiative Start:up Slovenia are organising a practical workshop at which you will learn how IBM can help the global growth and development of your company specifically.
 

The workshop programme:

14:00 – 15:00 IBM Innovation Centre for start-up companies
The offer of the IBM Innovation Centre will be presented, as will the procedures for how you can accelerate your development, marketing and sales in collaboration with IBM. Possibilities for accessing IBM’s global infrastructure, sales channels, technologies and other expertise will be introduced. You will also get to know examples of good practice.

15:00 – 15:15 Break

15:15 – 17:00 Bluemix, an ideal platform for innovative software solutions
In the second part, the workshop will have a more technological feel, namely with the presentation of an entirely new and revolutionary tool Bluemix, which gives start-ups access to technologies for development that used to only be accessible to big companies. Bluemix is a cloud platform based on open standards for compiling, managing and running applications. It includes open code technologies from IBM and partner developers; technologies such as Ruby, Java, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, IBM ODM and many others. Bluemix is a platform on which we can offer our programme to a company and lean on verified technologies, consequently also ensuring reliability of functioning to our final customer.

17:00 – 17:30 Individual consultations
What are the possibilities of using IBM’s platform Bluemix and more information on how to participate at IBM’s “Key to solutions” conference for free.

All workshop participants will have the option of attending IBM’s conference “Key to solutions” for free. The conference will take place from October 23^rd to 24^th in Hotel Bernardin in Portorož and this year, it is also offering a special programme for start-up companies. It will help you expand you contact network, learn about new technologies and gain access to IBM’s partners.
